SMS Terms

Our Concierge text line lets you ask questions about Novuspan, your membership, orders and deliveries, and receive messages about your account, orders and deliveries. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

You opt in by texting us at (877) 877-2660, or by affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages during a call with our Concierge team. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number or have the account holder’s permission.

Message frequency varies with your questions, orders and account activity.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out, and no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also ask our Concierge team to opt you out.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, text-messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share such information only with service providers necessary to deliver our messaging program, or where disclosure is required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
